Though Spring Break didn't bring very springy weather, we wanted to have a good time so I tried to do fun things with the girls. We decorated sugar cookies (with spring shapes such as flowers and butterflies), painted bird houses with dad for family home evening, and made edible play dough, and went to story time at the library. Jane is sporting what Emma has named "the fountain." It's a very fashionable do.
Emma loves chocolate, just like her mom and dad.

Derek is quite the little artist. He painted many layers and then sanded it to give a nice weatherd look.
Just wanted to document for posterity that I do exist.
I guess we were painting the high chair as well.
