Cutting Down the Christmas Tree

This year Derek and the girl hiked into the forest and cut our Christmas tree down. How fun! Okay, actually Derek held Emma and had Jane on his back in a back pack as he hiked a quarter mile in and cut a tree down. Luckily they went with a friend and they helped each other haul the trees out.

What a fun memory! Ruby and I will come next year.
