Back to the Future...Or July

Emma's cousin gave her birthday present a week or so early, but we wanted her to wait till her party to open it. So naturally Emma slept with it. Can you tell that we're a little excited for that day? (And now we're already counting down to her 5th birthday apparently!

down for a couple months and will probably put back up this week).

Just picking some raspberries. We love summer time when we can pick raspberries, strawberries, and all sorts of vegetables from the garden.

This is one of Emma's favorite dresses. It's a bit tattered and probably has seen it's days, but who can resist a fluffy dress?

Jane used to make this scrunchy nose face constantly, but we haven't seen it much lately.

Emma's always begging to play croquet so Dad went with it this particular Sunday.

Oh, and we had the Blue Angels here at the end of July. Ever since Jane has been loving birds and planes and helicopters. We live fairly close to the airport so we had some nice views.

Thanks for the dress-ups Rachel. The girls love them.

We laugh because Jane is so into anything relating to tools. In this picture Derek is using some tool to fix his rollerblades. Jane's riveted! She's been pretending everything (as in potato chips) is a screwdriver. I wonder what she'll get for Christmas/her birthday?!
